Instead of doing a normal Christmas with presents and whatnot in 2010, my family took a trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We stayed at a wicked nice resort. The beaches were beautiful, the people were friendly, and most importantly -- the drinks were free! (sort of)
